All orders are sent individually boxed with extra packaging as all lamps and light fittings are fragile.

We expect your order to be dispatched within 24 hours of order placed and payment received.

We use carriers such as Business Post, Parcelforce and Royal Mail who should deliver within 2/3 days of order despatched.

Refunds: We have a no quibble guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our product we can offer a full refund when the goods  have arrived back in our warehouse within 7 days

 

Refunds will be by cheque or credit card.

All lamps are sold with average life given by each Manufacturer and therefore can last longer or shorter life than manufacturer's claims.

Breakages and request for returns must be notified by email as soon as possible after delivery has been signed for.

Our stock is held from many Manufacturer’s and therefore we can not guarantee a particular brand on every order, however we guarantee to supply a quality product.
